Another kind of food delivery service is food boxes. Food boxes are boxes that are delivered to your door and provide fresh fruit and vegetables. Some companies deliver other food items such as meat and dairy. This is different to services like Woolworths online shopping in that the companies usually specialise in fresh, perishable food and focus on local products. Food boxes can be used to replace your weekly shopping runs, or to supplement them.
